{Sunday Photograph - 132}

 This is our last Sunday Photograph in this home.  We sold our home and closed on it earlier this week.  The house is in shambles as we finish up packing, ready to move on to our next adventure in Utah.

Living here in California was never the plan...and then it was...and it has been an adventure filled with memories and friends, beach trips and Disneyland, good times and not so good times.

On to the next chapter in this crazy life we lead...

A few other pictures of the last week or so:
Because we are renting for a while in Utah it was difficult to find a place that would allow animals.  We were so very lucky to find the place that we did, however, the dogs will not be able to come with us.

When we broke the news to the kids they were devastated.  There were many tears shed and many pictures taken.  Yesterday was the last day with the dogs.  I wanted to be sure and get some pictures of Jake and Ruby with the kids before we gave them to a technician at Bret's work and headed to the beach.

My kids loved those dogs.  I tolerated them because they made my kids happy...and ate the crumbs on the floor.
The moving truck has been dropped off and Tuesday our house will be emptied and the truck filled.  The kids are all showing some apprehension and worries in their own individual ways.  It's been a struggle trying to be there for each of them in the way that they need and pack and get things done that need to be done.

I am sure that they will be fine, but I am expecting a bit of a transition for them as well.  I love my Littles and want them to have a smooth transition as possible.
Packing up the house is what my life has been for the last week or so.  The kitchen is my least favorite to pack.  I've been getting rid of a lot of things with this move.  I am not sure if it's because it's a good time to purge things or because I just don't want to pack them....I choose the first one so I don't feel as bad.

We have amazing friends.  This past weekend they all came together and did a potluck for our family so we could spend one more time with all of them and say our goodbyes.  We will miss our friends here and they will always be a part of our lives.

Yesterday was spent at the beach with friends as well.  One last beach hurrah with everyone.  The kids are fishes just like their mom.  It was a great day filled with lots of laughs, food, sun, sand, ocean and beach volleyball.

Kinda crazy this is the last Sunday photo here!  Here's to new adventures and memories!

Happy Sunday

Good Luck Grover Family!

I love the picture with all the boxes.

I hope the move goes without any problems.
