{Sunday photographs - 14}

Sunny and beautiful that's what today was.

We had waffles with strawberries and cream for dinner. I love waffles. I also love that when it comes to pancakes and waffles at this house Bret's the one that makes them.

We went on a Sunday walk with the kids. Mailee talked 97% of the time...I'm trying really hard to just be present and listen to that girl. I find that when I do she says the best things.

Ella has started on her 2011 Summer vacation goals. I laughed that one of her goals was "Learn to controll my emoshuns because dramma is not cool". Love that girl.

Today I had one of those moments where I'm reminded how much I enjoy Sundays. The two littles were taking a nap. The rest of us were lounging around on our couch, the sunshine pouring through the windows and nothing but the white noise of the baby monitor could be heard.

I looked up from my book and saw a moment that I knew I wanted to capture.I love reading. I love that my family loves reading.

I love my family.

I love the learning to control my emotions goal. I have a 6 year old who needs that same goal in her life! As a mom who never takes pictures, I love looking at your Sunday pics. It inspires me to think about pulling out the camera, and I love the regular record you have doing this every Sunday. I need to start!

That last picture is the BEST. We have a 6 year old who is learning to control her emotions also. So funny. They know what they want and need to do, they just don't always know how to do it.
I love having girls.
