{Sunday Photographs - 7}

We woke up to snow. Compared to the Iowa or Utah snow storms we've been through this was just a tease. Tease or not it was snow and the kids thought it was magic. They spent a good ten minutes looking out the window at the

Jonas has a perma-bruise on his forehead. I'm pretty sure it will be there for a while as he explores crusing and pulling himself up on things. Let's be honest, the little dude's got a sizeable noggin (HEAD! MOVE! NOW! - name that movie), and when that noggin makes contact with walls, stools, the floor, bed posts - basically everything hard - he always manages to hit in the same place.

It's Spring Break this week. For some reason we have one week of break in February and one week in March. What's up with that? I say finish school earlier so we have a longer Summer.

Ella had her first grade program this week. She had a lead role in a skit she was doing. She felt pretty cool. She is pretty cool.

Mailee has been doing her hair like in the picture this whole past week. She says it's her rock star hair (over her shoulder, head tilted). She's going through a rock star phase - if this means no more kitty phase I'll take it! Ask her about it and you'll get hours worth of an explanation. She tells everyone that she plays in "the key of awesome!".

I'm excited for NYC! This will be longest I've been away from any of my family. I try not to think about that part.

Bret is hot. His hotness increases every time I see him interacting with the kids. I can only imagine the hotness he'll exude after playing both parental rolls for five days. I'm guessing the level of hotness will match his level of relief and appreciation right?

We are having homemade Mac 'n Cheese tonight for dinner. It's a crowd pleaser. Note to self - share recipe on blog sometime in the near future. I'm thinking it will please your crowd too.

I am SO excited for you and your trip to New York!! You are going to have so much fun, it will definitely be worth all of the work it takes to get out there :) I can't wait to hear all about it!

Could your kids be any cuter? I don't think it's possible. Enjoy your week off! (or would that be on.... I'm not sure;)

Good job keeping up with the Sunday photos. I realized that I can not get all three kids to take one so, I changed it to just capturing a moment from our Sunday. At least it encourages me to take a picture. Hopefully soon, I'll be able to get consistant with the three kids.
