First to answer all the inquiries via Facbook, email and blog we were supposed to find out what we are having at our last appointment - which we missed due to the surprise visit to Utah. We're hoping to find out at our next appointment.

Because Bret has an ultrasound machine at the Veterinary hospital we did do an ultrasound there a week or so ago and got a pretty good idea as to what we're having but will wait to announce until confirmed.

I'm loving the fact that my ultrasound pictures thus far all say "Banning Veterinary Hospital" at the top..ha!

**post edit**Alright folks, let's clarify...the ultrasound machine at Bret's work is pretty much the same thing (other than 3D imaging) that the OBGYN would have. Also, both Bret and I are familiar with ultrasound images so just because we had a pretty good idea as to what we saw via the ultrasound done by McVet doesn't necessarily mean we saw some man junk :D...I'm just saying...but it could mean we did...oh the suspense HA!

Spotted this fresh printed dress the other day and fell in love. I love the pockets, the print and the style. It runs a bit short but add some leggings or some skinny jeans and voila...a great top!A goal of mine being carried over from last year is to improve my knitting skills. I used to know how to knit but haven't done it in years. Improving my knitting and sewing skills is something that I have really wanted to do over the last few years and by golly this year will be the year (right?). The WWW is full of starter kits and patterns that have me so excited to begin this knitting adventure.Journaling. Where do I begin? I'm known in my family as the record keeper. I've always kept a journal. Since entering the blogging world I admit that my handwritten journaling has severely lacked but I hope to change that this year. A pretty looking journal will add to the enticement of journaling for me. Do you keep a journal?you can't have too many earrings. This pair would add some sparkle and shine to any outfit, and of course drew my eye immediately with it's hues of green - one of my favorite colors. Is it too early to make a birthday list?I've wanted a fondue pot for years. A nice one that will do meat, chocolate and cheese. I'd like to throw a few parties this year and I think a fondue pot would be a nice touch. Any suggestions where to get a long lasting, good looking fondue pot?Do I need these shoes...no. Do I want these shoes...yes please! The flower...oh the flower!

As long as we're talking about shoes...went to Target over the weekend and a TON of their flats are on super sale - we're talking $9.99! Online the shoes are still showing full price, but head on over to your local Target and take a look.Mailee has decided she would like to collect piggy banks. Every time she sees one she must have it. I think a collection of banks would be so cute in her room. This owl one might just find it's way to our home soon.And finally I have to mention the premire of The Bachelor tonight. It's been a 6 year tradition to watch this brain numbing show with friends and tonight is no exception. Good food, lame relaity TV and awesome ladies...sounds like a fun night to me. Can't wait! Will you be tuning in? Just the name for this season should have you hooked "On the wings of love" (he's a pilot)...oh I know...so lame and cheesey...I love it!
