{2010 = Year of the Tiger}
2009 was an epic year for our little family. A year that we've looked forward to and counted down towards for the better part of our marriage. It ushered in a new chapter of our life that didn't include school, gave Bret the title of Doctor, included a job, a move and a house.
As Bret and I laid in bed surrounded by the quite moments before the craziness of the day began we reflected on this past year and realized just how much we are blessed. We discussed family and personal goals and left the cozy warmth of our bed to begin the day with excitement for what our future year holds for us.
I've read this recent article multiple times over the past few days and found myself thinking about the words throughout the day. The best is truly yet to be...for you and for me...I just know it! {Click HERE to read article}

Happy new year Grover Family!
hope you have a fun night tonight - you are braver than us letting them stay up as long as they want! I think 9 will be my cutoff.
Here's to 2010! I bet it will be grand!
I've been reading your blog a few months (I believe I saw it on The Coterie blog) and never realized your husband was a doctor. Is he a resident or is he done with his residency as well? My husband is a 2nd year med student this year and we definitely do a lot of that "looking ahead" as well. :)
