These two kitchen items from Pedlars have been filed in my "Kitchen" folder for a while now. I just love the vibrant colors and melamine is just so durable. I don't know what it is with nesting bowls but I always am drawn to them.
Well hello there perfect yellow flat. I can offer you a nice home in my closet...what do you say? If you think you'll miss your blue flat friend it can come too.
Have you seen the pound cake recipes in the July issue of Martha Stewart? Pages of different flavors/versions that all require the same basic pound cake recipe. I can't wait to try out some of these. (side note: Ella saw me taking a picture of the magazine and exclaimed "That's my favorite magazine. I like to read it in the bathroom!". Awesome Ella...)
Don't even get me started on The Bachelorette drama. I've avoided blogging about it solely for the fact that it would be a mind numbing, brain cell losing rant. I will however give Jillian multiple thumbs up for her great taste in wardrobe. Don't you just love her style? The filigree earrings above were spotted on a recent episode (in gold). I am also digging the Turquoise teardrop earrings. If you're a "I only wear posts" type of girl try out some dangly earrings...believe me you won't regret it.
I need a new bag. One with multiple pockets and not so diaper bag-ish. I do still love my green one, but not in love with the short straps that continually fall off my shoulder. This one is in my top three at the moment. Love the color, multiple pockets and the length of the strap. Where you find your bags?
I've been wanting to watch a little Bollywood for a while now. Beautiful colors, music, exotic scenery and just entertaining. I highly recommend "Bride and Prejudice", a personal favorite. It's a spin on Pride and Prejudice and I really enjoy it. Anyone else out there enjoy a little Bollywood every once in a while? (Aishwarya Rai is gorgeous don't you think?)
I am also thinking about this rug for the living room. It will pull together my orange velvet chair and the couch. The wall color is a very buttery light yellow so I'm thinking it will all flow together but need some opinions. What do you think? (I am leaning towards the rug pictured above but like the yellow version as well).

Basically, I need all of those things.
I am on the hunt for a new bag too. My Petunia Picklebottom is seriously huge and I want to downsize for the rest of the summer. I'm thinking about making one to suit my needs except that I'm a crap sewer. Hmmm...
Um but anyway.
Can't wait to see the hair and remember with regret when you told me not to chop mine. Wear it long and wear it proud sister.
I am seriously coveting that rug! It would go perfectly on my balcony.
Love it all! Shopmelie.com has some great bags. The rug is cool and I think it would look perfect with your chair and the color of your walls.
i am in love with those shoes!
those nesting bowls are needed at my house! Love the couch & rug! Great color combo! Can't wait to see pictures of the finished product & your hair!!
MUST. HAVE. SHOES.
love the bowls. love the shoes.
can't wait to see the hair!
I too love Bollywood and we watch "Bride and Prejudice" at least every couple of months! Love the dancing and music, have it on my IPod and we rock to it all the time! I have never seen "The Mistress of Spice" is it good?
